Eyewear Rescue Returns Policy.

We are happy to accept returns in the following circumstances.

Frame Repairs

We guarantee our repairs for 6 months from despatch from ourselves. If the original repair fails under normal usage we will perform a re-repair at no charge. We will pay return postage but cannot refund the original shipping costs or any costs incurred in sending the items back to us.

Non - Prescription Sunglasses

We will accept returns of any standard non prescription sunglasses within 7 days providing they are returned in the original packaging complete with all supplied accessories, such as cases or cleaning cloths, labels, product documentation and unworn. In this instance we will refund the original price paid not including any postage costs.

We will also accept returns if the item is incorrectly supplied (ie the wrong item) or defective. This is subject to the manufacturers warranty (which is typically 12 months), we are happy to advise on specific warranty terms on request. In this instance we will replace the item.

In the event of the original item no longer being available we will offer a suitable alternative or offer a refund (not including postage back to Eyewear Rescue)

Prescription Spectacles and Sunglasses

As these are custom made items all sales are final and we can only accept returns if the item is incorrectly supplied (ie the wrong item) or defective. This is subject to the respective manufacturers warranty (which is typically 12 months), we are happy to advise on specific warranty terms on request. In this instance we will replace the item.

Spectacle and Sunglasses Parts

Incorrectly supplied items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.

Sale Items

For all purchases of SALE items we will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights

When making a return to us please do the following. Contact us by email to info@eyewearrescue.com detailing the reason for the return, quoting your original transaction number. You can find this on the original order confirmation email, the documentation sent with the item, or by logging into your account.

Please note you are advised to use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items until they are received by us.

Refunds will be made by the same payment method as the original sale. Please allow 60 days for the payment to appear on your credit/debit card bill.
