Eyewear Rescue is owned by directors Steve Millward and Matt Cooper who between them have over 20 years of experience in the optical repair, sales and support industry.

Our labs provide glasses repairs, sunglasses repairs, Ray Ban repairs and supply parts to the optical trade, and have done for over 10 years, and now offer our professional standard services to the general public.

We provide a simple service, we can repair your broken glasses frames, whether they be prescription glasses or designer sunglasses for the low price of £17.99, or carry out a service on your spectacles for just £9.99. We can offer such a competitive price because repairs are carried out in our own optical workshops to the highest quality standards, in fact a recent visitor commented on the standard of precision being similar to their own profession of jewellery making.

Eyewear Rescue make the same repairs using the exact same parts that other opticians charge considerably more money for.

In fact it may be us that performs the repair anyway!

When we decided to launch our direct to the public service we asked our customers what they were looking for, and above all else they wanted to be confident that the price quoted for their repair or parts was the price they would pay.

So all our prices include VAT, and there are no hidden extras for certain makes, lens types or frames.

We have fixed over 99% of broken frames sent to us and will contact you within 24 hours if there is a requirement for extra work or parts and all our repairs are guaranteed for a full6 months.

Repairs and Ray Ban repairs are completed the day we receive them and we are very proud of our 48hour turn round.

We can also supply the parts we use directly to the public and offer a free fitting service.
